Renovation Details

Like many local charity spaces, The Salvation Army Addictions & Rehabilitation Centre is overdue for a renovation. This project will overhaul their commercial kitchen, some shelter and exterior areas. The comprehensive renovation will increase their sustainability and capacity to offer more meals and beds to those who need it most. Elements include:

  • Complete construction of a large commercial kitchen., including new HVAC, electrical, plumbing services, stainless, and much more.
  • Installation of new kitchen equipment.
  • Updated food service area with a newly configured work flow to increase efficiency.
  • Redesign, remediation, and rebuild of the dining area.
  • Renovate two residential suites in to dormitories for four to shelter more men
  • Re-fresh exterior deficiencies

This value of this project is estimated at $760K.

Our Most Expensive Project to Date

A typical comprehensive HeroWork Radical Renovation cost us around $100,000 for supplies. But because of its technical nature and sheer size, this project could cost upwards of $200,000.

This facility serves 15,000 meals a month and they need our help. So please give today.
